The owner of this bungalow desperately needed to upgrade the existing outdated and dysfunctional kitchen.
The challenge was to maximise storage and work surfaces and to work in with original ceiling panels and the timber features.
Lots of drawers and a pantry and oils/boards unit with inner drawers solve the storage issue.
The Eclipse acrymatte panels and doors were chosen because of their higher durability and non-marking qualities and blend discretely into the back wall while the Simply White Melamine offers a crisp contrast.
The powder coated handle profile adds to the streamlined look. Gold tiles bring some colour and texture withs trip lighting finishing off the overall effect.
An extra wide central island gives added bench-space with seating for all the family. An open shelving unit tucked into the void at the end hides from view a charging station for phones and laptops.
Included in the scope of work was the manufacture and installation of a new custom-made timber window with bi-folding sashes to open out onto an outdoor entertainment area.
