Joiner
Are you a joiner who is looking for a new challenge in the industry? Or maybe you are just ready for a change of scenery and make the move to beautiful Central Otago? You will be joining our award winning team as a joinery programmer using Vectorworks & EnRoute. The position will require candidates to produce joinery production/shop drawings, revise marked up drawings, confirm hardware & material specifications and order to suit.
You will be responsible for:
– Programming custom joinery designs ready for manufacturing.
– Ordering of materials & hardware for jobs
What we are looking for:
– Have experience as a joiner
– Have experience with Cad technology
– Vectorworks & EnRoute experience is an advantage
– Have an in-depth knowledge & understanding of construction details and processes in the joinery industry
– Be able to read an interpret detail plans
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills
– Have an eye for detail
– Practical problem-solving skills to create detailed working drawings
This position is permanent, full time week days
– although the hours of work within the week can be negotiable for the right person. We would also be able to help with some relocating costs.
