In submitting this form you agree:
1. To full payment of registration prior to attendance.
2. Cancellation of attendance up to six weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellation of attendance up to three weeks from the event will receive a 75% refund.
4. Cancellation of attendance under two weeks will receive 50% refund.
5. You agree you have advised Master Joiners of any information relevant to your dietary requirements and any special needs unique to you.
6. You agree to abide by the venue health and safety requirements of the venue.
