Our complaint process for consumers

Before you make a complaint please read the following information.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We carefully assess all complaints we receive.  Our complaints service focuses on issues related to workmanship and certain service-related matters. It’s important to note that we do not offer dispute resolution or mediation services, and as such, we are unable to mandate refunds or provide personal remedies. Additionally, we do not offer legal advice or product/project report services.

Prior to submitting a complaint, we encourage you to first address your concerns with the Master Joiner member responsible for the work. Giving them the opportunity to address your issues directly can often lead to a satisfactory resolution.

During the process, we may ask you a series of questions to better understand your situation and expedite the process.

Please note that we can only address complaints related to a Master Joiner Member or Master Joiner Associate. If the matter has already been referred to another jurisdiction, we may not be able to assist. 

While we strive to handle complaints promptly, the timeline for an outcome may vary depending on the complexity of each case. Your cooperation in providing all relevant information upfront will greatly assist us in expediting the process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
